IMS
ims is a image manipulator, designed to recursively traverse directory trees of images and perform simple image manipulation actions on each image, and optionally, generate a gallery for the image. Its can resize, optimize, brand, and generate thumbnails for each image and thumbnail galleries for each directory. However, it also works on single images :)
The gallery can be templated, using a simple templating language.
It has a simple informative command line interface, that reports each step of it's instructions as they are executed.
And the default gallery template is very elegant. :-P
