Allow multiple processing of simultanious campaigns

Description

This is actually quite trivial and includes:

  • Dynamic chunk size selection
  • Dynamic target chunk selection
  • Making the actively processed campaign reference a list, and splitting up distribution of chunk fetching as much as possible
  • Putting the pre-populated target variable object in a hash table, indexed by campaign id.

There are bugs in the behavior of this as per the current production version.

They have been fixed in upcoming revisions, however…so I'll reopen it for now and close it in a minute.
