Campaign Wizard Window doesn't close

Description

When the campaign wizard is complete, and "Finish" is pressed, the wizard window does not close.

This is likely due to the SYNCHRONOUS SOAP Call invokation happening when the finish button is pressed, and could probably be fixed by returning true from that function
