Canceling campaign wizard does not delete campaign

Description

Canceling the campaign wizard process does not delete the campaign. This is in fact a bug, if a campaign is partially built and the process is incomplete, and the campaign building process is canceled a asynchronous soap call should be fired back to the server informing it of the cancellation. This soap call should be handled by deleting the campaign record entirely.
