Postgresql 8.0.3 Databasesetup on 204.15.164.12

I have a postgresql database running and network accessible on 204.15.164.12. I am setting up DNS to use this database so that in the near future a interface may be added. I will need the database tables for spamzilla entered into this new database. Also before we can send out emails, I need to know that the emails opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes can be tracked. If they are already being tracked, I will need the table names so that I can create some rough reporting.

Let us setup a list of features that will be done to conclude this first milestone. Then let's create a list of features that will be added for the next milestone. I would like to get to a point where we can call the code alpha and run it through a full test.
